Sam Harris is an author, neuroscientist and non-believer. He also happens to be one of the few intellectuals who openly discusses the dangers of religious belief in the 21st century, and he does so with clear, concise arguments which any reasonable, intelligent, objective individual can readily acknowledge.
Below is a ten minute snippet of the 2-hour long debate in which Harris is providing a counter-argument to the character and “goodness” of God. For those interested in viewing the entire event, it can be found on YouTube. The debate took place at the University of Notre Dame and also features William Lane Craig, an evangelical Christian. TGO
