Trevor Noah Shatters Sen. Orrin Hatch’s Defense Of Brett Kavanaugh

Notice that no one in Hollywood, so far as I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot with respect to the Brett Kavanaugh nomination to the Supreme Court, has sided with him. Certainly there are many actors and TV personalities who believe he is innocent of the alleged incident, and that this whole thing is a ploy by democrats to postpone his nomination. Yet almost everyone in the entertainment industry (Trevor Noah, Jimmie Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, etc.) seem to think to the contrary or at least side with the accuser.

The reason is further proof that Hollywood is 99% controlled by liberals. TGO

Trevor Noah, host of “The Daily Show,” zeroed in on Sen. Orrin Hatch’s defense of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and shattered it Wednesday night.

Kavanaugh’s confirmation has been rocked by psychology professor Christine Blasey Ford’s allegation that he sexually assaulted her when they were both in high school. Kavanaugh has denied the accusation.

Hatch, a Republican from Utah, defended the nominee, saying: “I know the judge very, very well. I know how honest he is. I know how straightforward he is. I know how he stands up for what he believes and what’s right. And, frankly, if you were going to believe anyone, you’d believe him.”

Not so fast, Noah said.

He pointed out that many people who appear to be “good guys” have skeletons in their closets. As examples, he mentioned comedian Bill Cosby, who was convicted of rape, and Les Moonves, who recently resigned as chairman and chief executive of CBS amid allegations of sexual misconduct.

“You could know someone as a great person and they could also be doing something that you don’t know about that makes them someone you wouldn’t recognize,” Noah said.
