In the meantime, “brilliant” work. It’s liberals who enacted all of these “wonderful” welfare programs to “help” blacks. You helped them alright. You helped them become dependent on your handouts and in doing so destroyed their morale and ambition. But hey, you have their vote, which is the only thing that matters, correct?
